Shipping

For personalized products, please allow approximately 7 to 18 business days, plus shipping time, for US orders. In-stock and non-personalized items typically take around 2-6 business days, plus shipping. Please be aware that there might be instances of manufacturing and shipping delays that are beyond our control. Due to the customized nature of our personalized jewelry, we are unable to offer refunds for delays in shipping.

International Shipping:

When placing an order for international shipping, simply select your country at checkout, and our system will guide you seamlessly through the process. It's essential to note that each country has its own regulations regarding Duties and VAT (Value Added Tax). These charges are calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods, which includes the item's cost, insurance, and shipping. Any applicable duties and taxes for your international shipment will be invoiced directly to you by the global carrier. Unfortunately, we have no influence over the amount charged, and we are unable to predict your country's specific fees at the time of purchase. Additionally, we cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost or delayed in customs.

Warranty

We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you receive a broken or defective item, we offer a warranty for a swift replacement. To initiate this process, please send us a photo clearly showing the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order, as evidenced by tracking information. Our dedicated team will promptly assess the situation and arrange for a replacement to be sent your way, hassle-free, on us. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to delivering products that meet our high-quality standards.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for non-custom/ready-to-ship full-priced items within the USA. Please note that personalized and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are made to order. For domestic/USA exchanges, we cover the return shipping cost. However, for domestic returns (for a refund), there is a five-dollar shipping fee. For international returns (exchanges, too), the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee.

To qualify for a refund, your item must be new, unworn, in re-stockable condition, and returned in its original packaging. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you an email notification within approximately five to ten business days regarding the status of your refund. Assuming there are no unforeseen issues, we will refund the purchase price (excluding the five-dollar fee for return-for-refund) to your original method of payment. Important Notes:

- Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Custom-made, sale items, and 14k gold products cannot be refunded.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the goods.
- For international orders, we accept returns on unworn, non-custom full-price items within 30 days of delivery. Please be aware that original international shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not cover the cost of return (or exchange) shipping for international orders.

Kindly ensure thorough and secure packaging when sending back your Kidfluence warranty and return items. We cannot assume responsibility for items lost in transit due to inadequate packaging. We recommend sealing the items in individual small plastic zip-seal storage bags before placing them within a well-sealed envelope or bubble mailer. If possible, kindly package chains (if unattached) separately in their own zip-seal bags to prevent any potential scratching during shipping and handling. Your attention to these packaging details will help ensure the safe and secure return of your items.
